BEAUTIFUL BORING SPECIMENS

1.
Take note of the time.
2.
Observe the amount of ambient light
and general sound
in the surrounding area.
3.
Select the ideal location
to observe / record unnoticed.
4.
Observe / record
using any method
or no method at all.
5.
Remain for twice as long
as originally deemed necessary.
6.
Write down related or unrelated
notes, thoughts, ideas
if inspired.
7.
Classify the moment of observation by type,
notating any additional details.
8.
File the moment away
according to the standard
of previous observations,
with exceptions.
